Product Listings

1. Vendors are solely responsible for product information, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, stock availability, and compliance with UAE laws.
2. Products must not violate UAE laws or include prohibited/restricted items, such as counterfeit products, unsafe goods, or illegal substances.
3. AbuBazaar.com reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listings that are misleading, inaccurate, illegal, or violate platform policies.
4. Vendors are encouraged to maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent order cancellations or disputes.

Orders and Payment

5.1 Buyer Orders:

1. By placing an order, buyers confirm that the information provided, including shipping address, contact details, and payment information, is accurate and complete.
2. AbuBazaar.com reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion due to reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5.2 Vendor Payment:

1. AbuBazaar.com acts as a payment intermediary, collecting funds from buyers and transferring them to vendors after deducting commissions, fees, and applicable charges.
2. Vendors must not request payment outside the Platform or engage in unauthorized financial transactions with buyers.

5.3 Payment Security:

2. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders on time and using approved shipping methods.
2. AbuBazaar.com may provide integrated shipping services or allow vendors to choose their courier, but delivery standards must be maintained.
3. Standard, next-day, and same-day delivery options are available depending on location, vendor capability, and product eligibility.
4. Delivery risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the product.
5. Buyers should ensure the accuracy of their shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery, and AbuBazaar.com is not liable for such delays.
6. In case of delivery issues, AbuBazaar.com may mediate between the buyer and vendor to resolve disputes.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

1. AbuBazaar.com maintains a standardized return and refund policy applicable to all vendors, currently offering a 7-day return window.
2. Vendors are responsible for processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with platform policy.
3. AbuBazaar.com may facilitate refunds to buyers and adjust vendor payouts if the vendor fails to comply with return or cancellation policies.
4. Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Vendor Commission and Fees

1. Vendors agree to pay a commission fee to AbuBazaar.com for each successful transaction, as outlined in the vendor agreement.
2. Commission fees are deducted automatically from the vendor payout before funds are transferred.
3. Vendors are responsible for any taxes, duties, or VAT associated with their earnings.
4. AbuBazaar.com reserves the right to update commission structures or fees with prior notice to vendors.

User Conduct

All users, whether buyers or vendors, agree to:

1. Refrain from posting content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or abusive.
2. Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s systems or services.
3. Comply with all UAE laws and regulations.
4. Avoid using the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Buyer and vendor personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with AbuBazaar.com’s Privacy Policy.
2. Vendors must not misuse buyer data for marketing outside the Platform.

Dispute Resolution

1. Buyers and vendors should first attempt to resolve disputes through AbuBazaar.com customer support.
2. The platform may mediate or resolve disputes, including issuing refunds, correcting shipments, or adjusting vendor payouts.
3. Vendors who repeatedly violate platform policies may face account suspension or termination.

Governing Law

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2. Any disputes arising from the use of AbuBazaar.com shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
