- AbuBazaar.com reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listings that are misleading, inaccurate, illegal, or violate platform policies.
- Vendors are encouraged to maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent order cancellations or disputes.
Orders and Payment
5.1 Buyer Orders:

- Standard, next-day, and same-day delivery options are available depending on location, vendor capability, and product eligibility.
- Delivery risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt of the product.
- Buyers should ensure the accuracy of their shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery, and AbuBazaar.com is not liable for such delays.
- In case of delivery issues, AbuBazaar.com may mediate between the buyer and vendor to resolve disputes.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

- Vendors are responsible for processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with platform policy.

- Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
Vendor Commission and Fees

Governing Law
