Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

At AbuBazaar, we understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.

  1. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are processed or shipped.
  2. Once the order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. If cancellation is requested after dispatch, you may still return the item within 7 days under our Return Policy.
  4. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at help@abubazaar.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If payment was already made, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, after the cancellation is approved.


Order Cancellation by AbuBazaar

AbuBazaar.com reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  1. The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  2. Payment authorization fails or appears suspicious.
  3. Incorrect product or pricing information displayed due to system error.
  4. Orders that violate company policies or suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full to the original method of payment.


Prepaid and COD Orders
  1. Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no payment will be due. If cancelled after dispatch, delivery charges (if any) may apply.


Modification of Orders

Once an order is placed, changes such as address updates, quantity modifications, or product replacements can only be made before processing or shipping.
